To get started, we have designed and perfected a process to make you, the home owner, a stress free job.
first things first.
1- onsite inspection, to receive SQ ft idea. and discuss general floor plan
2- A contract is presented with the desired PROJECT.
3- once approved, we get involved with architect and city.
( this process normally takes 2-3 months in city)(architect could take 2-3 months) we advise working quickly during the planning stages.
4- when plans get approved from city and all corrections have been made. WE GET STARTED !

pricing starting at $300 SQ FT. for detached unit
( price may vary depending on customer's requests)
including;
1-Site Plans, Architect Communication
2-All interior finishes
3- All exterior finishes
4- INTERIOR Plumbing ( water, sewer)
5- all electrical, in ADU and Electrical run from house
Solar panels are now included with any new construction and will be added to the contract (since 2018) we have a crew ready to set up clean energy and take away stress from future electrical prices.
